The customer service was amazing! They immediately contacted me to resolve an issue that my item was not in stock, they kept me well updated and arranged for delivery to my 3rd floor apartment. It took me awhile and as much muscle as i could to put it together, but I'm glad I did, so I'll know how to get it taken apart when it's time to take it back down the stairs! It's a very comfy chair, it can be deep and soft! I'm still figuring a few things out like voice, not sure if you can really tell it your needs or if that just another way for volume when pushing buttons! I'm soo happy to have my chair! Thank you!
