The chair is not only great looking but it’s beyond comfortable. Customer service was always helpful and replied in a very timely manor. The chair even made it before Christmas! Highly recommend

I do ike the chair

I do like the chair. It is easy to set the position you prefer, but it is a bit slow. That doesn't bother me too much in set up but does a bit when returning to the original position. It does help to hit the power button when exiting the chair. It seems a bit faster. I hope as I use it more it will soften up a bit. I also like the heat option. Haven't been able to try the massage as it is too close to my recent back surgery.

The chair is great, better then I expected

This is a great chair

This is a great chair! It is very comfortable and we use it every day. I highly recommend it. The only thing I wish was different is that the massage feature would run continuously for five minutes instead of always pulsating or running intermittent. But it is still a fabulous chair and we are very happy with it.

We bought a second chair

I bought this chair for my husband last November. He loved it so much, that I decided I needed one too. I love that it heats and how comfortable it is.
