At Sleep First, your sleep is our first priority! To back up this promise, we offer a one full year satisfaction guarantee. It can take time for your body to adjust to your new mattress, and also for your new mattress to adjust to your body. To ensure maximum happiness we require that you spend a minimum of 45 days with your new mattress before initiating an exchange. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase after 45 days, we will happily exchange your mattress for a minimum $99 exchange fee.* We will fully refund your order in full if you cancel the order before local delivery is made. For orders shipping directly from a manufacturer, your order may be canceled within 24 hours, or before your order ships (whichever comes first). Any gift with purchase, free item with purchase, gift card, or any other promotional incentives will be deducted from your refund. In addition, we promise if you find an equivalent mattress from an authorized retailer for less than your purchase price we will refund 120% of the difference. It’s that simple! All mattresses must be unstained and in a sanitary condition. If there are stains or soils, your exchange is forfeited. One exchange per purchase. Using a 5-sided mattress protector or total encasement mattress protector is the best way to protect your new mattress from soils, stains and unsanitary conditions. *This guarantee applies to mattresses only. Adjustable bases, flat foundations, massage chairs, x-chair, special orders, pillows, mattress protectors, sheets and bed frames do not apply.
