Haven’t even had the mattress 5 yrs, it is horribly warped on my husband and I side. I wake up with horrible back pain where it is already worn. The middle part is the only place where it isn’t “warped “ but is only a few inches wide. The manufacture stated it was supposed to keep its’ quality for up to 10 yrs. I was excited to invest in a luxury hybrid bed, however would not recommend this one, due to how worn it has become, for the price we paid and in 1/2 the tine it was recommended to last.
I bought this bed 6 years ago. We were specifically looking for something that wouldn't sink in under my husband's 250 pounds, especially because that causes pain. We decided on this mattress with the king base that isn't 2 bases, just 1. Well the vibration went out in the top and then the bottom, so it doesn't work at all. The controller has also been replaced twice due to it quitting. The mattress itself has sunk in on my husband's side, badly. My side is sunk it too but not as bad as his. This is causing severe back pain. For as much as I paid for this bed it should have lasted much longer than 6 years. I'm so incredibly disappointed
Mattress was a lot more firm than the floor model at the store. Gave it a chance. Wish I could have returned it. There is no support in this mattress and after about a year it felt like there is a hole where I sleep and you can’t even move around because you just sink back into the hole. The areas where I don’t sleep are super hard compared to where I do. The area where I do sleep feels so fragile. Terrible sleep. Terrible mattress!!! Terrible quality!! $1700 for mattress and the foundation and it is not worth the money. The $500 Sealy plush pillow top mattress I had before this was way better quality! Wish I kept it. Also, this queen size mattress seems to be smaller than a typical queen because it does not fit right within my queen size bed frame. Wish I could return it and get a refund. It is SO terrible. Definitely do not recommend !!
I have been dreading getting a new mattress, you never know if you’re going to love it when you get it home from a store. Never mind that trying to buy online during a pandemic makes things a bit more uncertain. I subscribed to Consumer Reports and this mattress received a B-, the ones that scored higher were out of my price line. I also looked at other online reviews and this mattress made it into a few of the higher rated ones. Not the hybrid, but the all foam one; to be clear. I’ve had the bed for about a month and it is firmer than my old mattress, but supportive and I have gotten a better nights sleep with this mattress than my old one. Relieved and Rested.
The plush gives just the right amount of comfort. I accidentally bought the medium (firm) for my home wanting to match with the mattress I sleep on at my vacation home. It immediately felt different but thought maybe it just needed some time to soften. Not feeling any more comfortable, I finally checked the tags on both mattresses after 4 months and they were of course different. 7 months later it has yet to soften any more than the day it was purchased. It is way too late to return it, as I have tried and the store will not do an exchange being over 100 days. It causes my neck and shoulders to hurt and my arms go to sleep every night. I have tried different pillows etc. but no luck in improved comfort. It is not terrible but I would definetly advise that it is a much firmer mattress than I would have liked. I do love the plush though, not too soft and firm enough. My husband says its too firm and prefers the plush as well.
